Client Relationship Manager
Location: Steenberg | Reports to: CEO
The Relationship Manager supports the Business Development team and the CEO , focusing on relationship management, service coordination, and executive support. The role involves managing communications across teams, resolving issues, coordinating meetings and travel, and assisting with business development initiatives. The individual will also handle administrative tasks for the CEO and play a key part in maintaining a cohesive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a main contact point across teams and stakeholders.
- Manage presentations, CRM systems, and meeting coordination.
- Provide executive support to the CEO, handling logistics, travel, and communications.
- Ensure team collaboration and provide feedback to the CEO on projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4-6 years experience in investment management, stockbroking, or a similar field.
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and CRM systems .
- Relevant degree in Administration, Finance, or Commerce .
